Jirasin “Kim” Khanitthanant is the Founder and CEO of FLIPS Innovative. A former Co-Founder of Bitkub and executive at T-ECOSYS within PTT Group, he has extensive experience in blockchain infrastructure, regulated digital assets, enterprise platforms and real-world asset tokenization. He leads FLIPS’ strategy across real estate, hospitality, intellectual property and the creative economy.
Jirasin “Kim” Khanitthanant is an entrepreneur and digital-asset strategist with experience spanning blockchain infrastructure, regulated financial platforms, enterprise technology and real-world asset tokenization.
A graduate in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Jirasin began his career in process improvement and operational excellence at DHL Global Forwarding Thailand. He subsequently co-founded an enterprise software business delivering technology solutions for private-sector organizations and government agencies.
In 2018, Jirasin co-founded Bitkub, where he served as a Director of Bitkub Online and Co-CEO of Bitkub Blockchain Technology. His responsibilities included supporting the licensing and early operations of the regulated digital-asset exchange, developing blockchain-as-a-service solutions.
He later co-founded Future Competere, working with leading enterprises to develop new digital business models and engagement platforms. He subsequently joined T-ECOSYS, a company within PTT Group, where he led product and ecosystem development and coordinated technology initiatives for industrial platform businesses.
Today, Jirasin leads FLIPS Innovative, focusing on the development of compliant tokenization models for real estate, hospitality, intellectual property, film and other creative-economy assets. His work brings together asset owners, regulators, licensed financial partners, technology providers and distribution networks to transform real-world value into structured digital opportunities.
